By GrassChopper Landscape Management, an independently operated business ("us," "we" or "our") to provide certain lawn care services, you agree to the following terms of service ("Terms") that govern the sales or services provided by us ("Services"). The customer understands the health and condition of their lawn is his or her own responsibility. Many factors can influence the health and condition of the customer’s lawn including but not limited to improper watering techniques, drought, improper mowing height or mowing practices, insect and disease activity or incorrect self-treatment of lawn conditions. These factors as well as others can have a negative impact on the health and condition of the lawn even when treated with the best lawn care products or when beneficial services have been contracted and completed.
We may amend the Terms of Service when needed. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms.

Lawn Care/Landscaping, Specialty & Related Services
Our Lawn Care/Landscaping, Specialty & Related Services include: core aeration, lawn fertilization & weed control, lime treatment, aeration and over seed, grassy weed control, irrigation system maintenance, and complete property maintenance, shrub trimming and removal, tree trimming.
Guarantee - As a GrassChopper Landscape Management customer, we guarantee your reasonable satisfaction regarding our Services. In the event you are not satisfied with the Services performed by the field technicians, please notify us in writing within thirty (30) of the date the Services were performed. After we review your written complaint, we may attempt to re-perform the requested Services to gain your reasonable satisfaction.
Quality - We use leading industry products to improve the look and health of your lawn.
Service - We provide licensed, trained and knowledgeable field technicians that will treat your yard like their own.
Liability - We represent and warrant that we and all of our technicians have obtained all required licenses, permits, and insurance and are compliant with all applicable laws in connection with providing the landscaping and lawn care services to you. Other than our Guarantee described above, we do not assume any liability of any claims pursuant to the Services performed by us or our representatives.
Turf Treatment Services
Our Turf Treatment Services include: brown patch control, grub control, lawn damaging disease control, and fire ant control.
Guarantee - As a GrassChopper Landscape Management customer, we guarantee your reasonable satisfaction regarding our Services; however, no service can eliminate 100% of a disease or weeds. Even if we perform our Services in accordance with the GrassChopper Landscape Management standards and specifications, you may still have disease and weeds in the areas serviced. In the event you are not satisfied with the Services performed by the field technicians, please notify us in writing within thirty (30) of the date the Services were performed. After we review your written complaint, we may attempt to re-perform the requested Services to gain your reasonable satisfaction.
